Through predecessor and related entities, Truestead Group’s principals provided fee development and brokerage services on behalf of Gerrard Development Corporation, Thompson Ranch Development Company, and related Truestead investment entities, including both horizontal and vertical development. The horizontal scope included market-driven, high-quality master planning; multi-jurisdictional entitlements; infrastructure design and installation; and marketing.

Entities related to Ryan Schaefer also owned, leased, and sold approximately 70 acres of land, which is now home to SCHEELS, Bank of Colorado, Verizon Wireless, Ethan Allen, Qdoba, Bonefish Grill, Starbucks, TREK Bicycles, Culver’s, Comfort Suites, Cortland at 2534, and others.
